You don't know me but I thank you for posting this quirky picture. (My Dad just picked up a ducky at a yard sale two days ago and apparently the price sticker on the duck was hiding that catch phrase ... he didn't notice it but I did!) Out of curiosity I had to google to find out who in the world came up with that crazy idea ... that's how I ended up here. So your post answered my question of where it came from ...
